Work Location: 110 W Fayette St, Baltimore, MD 21201
- This is a hybrid position. Monday and Fridays are remote while Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office at the downtown Gas & Electric Building location (110 W Fayette St, Baltimore, MD 21201)
- M/F-Remote, Tue-Wed-Thu in-office.
- There is a flexible schedule that ranges from 7am-6pm. The teams that will require support typically work between 8am-4pm.

- Someone that has a background that centers mostly on project management, IT implementations, and testing are not going to necessarily be the best suited for what is needed unless it’s coupled with the needs listed below.
Education requirements
- Since the skill sets we are looking for can develop after any formal education, We are not completely tied to a specific educational background requirement. That said, it may be helpful to have a data analytics educational background or business.
Specific technical/software experience needed
- Candidates best suited to the role have knowledge of Power Automate, SQL, and Power BI.
- Knowledge in Oracle’s Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) system and their Meter Data Management (MDM) system are a plus.
- Knowledge of process documentation and the use of Visio is a plus.
- Knowledge of the overall Microsoft Office suite is a plus (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Years of experience required
- No specific number of years requirement. Experience should showcase analytics and automation abilities.
